When you send an enquiry we store your name, contact details, message, preferences and the page you came from. We use them to reply and, with your consent, to pass your enquiry to one relevant partner agent or letting office, who becomes responsible for their own handling of it.
We keep enquiries for up to 24 months unless you ask us to delete them sooner. You can request access, correction or deletion at any time by emailing hello@buymy.casa. You may also complain to the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
We don’t sell your data or add you to marketing lists. This site uses no advertising cookies.
