Living in Orihuela Costa
The Orihuela Costa is the coastal part of Orihuela municipality, whose historic town centre is 30-odd kilometres inland. It runs from Punta Prima in the north through La Zenia, Playa Flamenca and Cabo Roig to Campoamor, with the golf zones of Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor inland. Services have grown a lot, including the Zenia Boulevard shopping centre, but much of the coast is built as urbanisations rather than towns.
Buying in Orihuela Costa
idealista put Orihuela Costa at roughly €2,850/m² in 2025, above Torrevieja’s average. Expect apartments, penthouses, townhouses and detached villas, many on gated complexes with pools. Golf-view and frontline homes cost the most; inland streets and older complexes are where value remains.
